Futura Laboratories x Nike SB Dunk Low Aqua Teal

Graffiti art pioneer Futura reunites with Nike Skateboarding for a high-heat edition of the SB Dunk Low. Commemorating the 20th anniversary of the FLOM (For Love Or Money) colourway from 2004, a Friends & Family exclusive with only 24 pairs existing, this drop pays homage to the elusive collaboration. From subways and museums to the streetwear scene, the Futura Laboratories x SB Dunk Low “Bleached Aqua” is on the radar for all if not most sneakerheads this May, so grabbing these is likely going to be a hard task. This special-edition colourway pays homage to the New York native’s untitled artworks from ‘84, donning a similar colour scheme. Clad in canvas, the shoe boasts clean white underlays, highlighted by swathes of predominantly teal and light blue accents on the overlays to match the dual-coloured laces. Abstract graphics and exquisite stitching patterns add depth to the skate shoe, with dark green suede Swooshes decorating the sidewall.

Futura’s 3M reflective signature adorns the lateral rear, offset by the FL label on the medial section. Co-branded signatures embellish the tongue and Zoom-equipped sockliners, with the latter featuring additional handwritten details. An icy translucent rubber sole lies below, carrying another of the graffiti legend’s callouts to complete this pair's meticulous design. The pair comes in the skate label’s sail box and includes spare light purple laces.

According the Nike SB website, these will be dropping on "May 15 on FuturaLaboratories.com, in select Skateshops May 18, and SNKRS May 22", so be sure to set up a reminder so you don't miss out.
