Nike Dunk High Pure Platinum Melon Tint

The Nike Dunk High was first released in August of 1985. It was marketed in a “Be True to Your School” campaign aimed at college basketball enthusiasts and was an instant hit. Today, the Dunk High is still as coveted as ever. Introducing one of its latest iterations, the Nike Dunk High Pure Platinum “Melon Tint”.

This high-top Dunk has a smooth “colourless” white leather base. The pebbled leather overlays on the toe cap, mudguard, eye stay panels and heel panels are in contrasting light grey. A surprising hit of melon comes in the form of the signature profile Swooshes on both the medial and lateral side walls. This peachy hue appears again on the tongue and insole branding. A pure white midsole and a grey rubber outsole round out this release.
