Nike Dunk Low Be True 2023

Nike’s annual Be True collection in 2023 includes a new Nike Dunk Low colourway following the UV-reactive SB Dunk Low “White” from 2022. The Oregon-based sportswear company continues this tradition to honour the LGBTQ+ community and promote inclusivity and diversity. This Nike Dunk Low “Be True 2023” shines with a silver leather base and multicolour iridescent details.

June marks the Pride Month celebration, but Nike’s Be True collection extends throughout the year as the brand has more upcoming Be True sneakers. The shoe features a chrome leather construction and shiny iridescent patent leather overlays with grid-like patterns. Its silver base resembles the CLOT x Nike Dunk High “Metallic Silver” but with less gloss. Metal screws appear on the multicoloured panels, which hints at a possible unique design feature. The tongue pull tab has a phrase that reads: “Be true to your DNA”, a nod to the Be True campaign, which started in 2012. Embossed Nike details in the heel come in blue to complement the iridescent details. The icy semi-translucent sole completes the vibrant Dunk Low makeover.
