Stepping towards the future of footwear design, Nike introduces a second iteration of the Nike Dunk Low “Hyperflat”, an exclusive limited-edition colourway to celebrate SNKRS Day in the Greater China regions. Following the silver-clad rendition, which closely resembled “Be True” aesthetics, this Nike Dunk Low “Hyperflat Black Grey” exudes a next-gen design language bannered by mixed materials.
While the RTFKT x Nike Dunk Genesis won’t come until 2024, sneakerheads from China get first dibs on this limited-edition Dunk Low iteration with a distinctly contemporary design. The shoe has a futuristic ensemble featuring a metallic silver underlay packed with iridescent details. Grid-like overlays wrap the dark grey toe panel, and pitch-black eyestay and foxing. More iridescent features decorate the glossy Swoosh and heel. “Be True to Your DNA” labels adorn the tongue pull tab, an uplifting message that expands the brand’s “Be True” campaign. Other notable details on this China-exclusive colourway include a stylised Nike label on the heel and screw drives located on the forefoot and foxing. The dark-based, semi-translucent rubber sole wraps up this modernised update on the iconic Nike Dunk.
