Nike Dunk Low Lisa Leslie

The Dunk is easily one of the most successful lifestyle silhouettes of recent times, so much so that it's sometimes easy to forget its heritage as a basketball sneaker. However, this newest iteration sees the Dunk go back to it's roots, paying homage to the first woman to dunk in a WNBA game and Basketball Hall of Fame star: Lisa Leslie. The Nike Dunk Low "Lisa Leslie" commemorates the legendary event by arriving in Los Angeles Sparks colours, with a couple of extra details adding a personal touch to the pair, too.

Channeling the iconic player, the "Lisa Leslie" Dunk Low starts off with a gold base that gives way to rich purple overlays. A bright teal Nike Swoosh sweeps across the pair's sidewalls, and Leslie's number 9 has been embroidered onto the lateral heels. More teal touches decorate the tongue and insole branding, and a white and black sole unit adds a finishing touch to the pair. The sneakers are set to drop later on in July, as the 20th anniversary of the event takes place on July 30th.
