Nike Dunk Low Martian

Nike is continuing to flesh out its themed Dunk offering throughout 2022, with some slightly more experimental versions of the sneaker appearing alongside its general-release offering. The Swoosh brand has previously looked everywhere from sports to food and everything in between for inspiration, but after exhausting the options on earth, its out of space that themes this pair. The Nike Dunk Low "Martian" is set to join the Dunk line-up, so here's a closer look at the pair.

The aptly named "Martian" Dunk sees the model's base arrive in red textured leather, which takes inspiration from cratered planets. A silver Swoosh and special-edition chrome heel tabs suggest that spaceships could also be behind the theme, but the inspiration is confirmed in the martian detail on the tongue and insole. Black overlays then wrap their way around the sneaker, and a white and red sole unit rounds off the colourway, resulting in one out-of-this-world pair of sneakers.
