The Dunk train isn’t stopping any time soon, despite sneakerheads thinking the silhouette might see a drop off in 2022. The iteration getting on at the next station is the Nike Dunk Low Quilted Wheat: a tan-hued colourway that takes on an interesting quilted effect to the upper. Let’s take a closer look here.
This Dunk Low shows off a gum outsole that comes in translucent rubber; something a bit different from what we’ve seen before. Above, a white midsole offers the only break from the caramel tones on the shoe, whilst above, tumbled leather overlays add to the premium feel of the sneaker. Underneath, this is where the quilted material appears. Noticeable on the toe box, mid-panel and heel, the material comes in the same colour but is just noticeable all the same.
