California-based brand There Skateboards links with Nike SB for their first collaborative project. Founded by artist and musician Jeffrey Cheung, the skate shop is one of the leading labels to embrace LGBTQIA+ members in the skate community, expressing love and support through its eye-catching merchandise. This There Skateboards x Nike SB Dunk Low “Black Green” could just be this year's best Dunk so make sure you don't miss out.
This limited-edition colourway flaunts a black hairy suede base, highlighted by green leather Swooshes on the side panels. White intricate stitching decorates the suede overlays, which depicts the brand’s proudly queer design ethos. An embroidered “There” embellishes the heel, while the branding on the tongue boasts an oversized hand-drawn Swoosh logo. Co-branded labels decorate the Zoom-equipped insoles. Metallic silver lace dubraes give the shoe a premium touch. The black midsole sits underfoot, nestled atop the green rubber outsole to match the seasonal colours.
Dropping on the 8th of August for £120 on the Nike SNKRS app as well as a list of other skate stockists, be sure to set up a release reminder so you don't miss out.
