Los Angeles-based streetwear retail company, Union LA, and Nike have collaborated to bring you the Union LA x Nike Dunk Low Midnight Navy.
The titular Midnight Navy are actually accents on the shoe, found on the inner lining and the Union LA Frontman logo button on the lateral heel counter. The base of the upper is in a cool Lime Ice translucent ripstop nylon material with a white gridded pattern. The overlays, also in gridded ripstop nylon, on the toe cap, the mudguard, the eye stay panel and the foxing are in neutral slate grey. The tongue, dressed in the same type of material as the rest of the upper, is in white. The signature profile Swooshes on both the medial and lateral sides are in slate grey but the grid on the material is more similar to a chain link design rather than just a grid. The Swooshes and the Nike-branded heel tab all have a reflective finish. A “UN/LA” tag can be seen at the collar. A large co-branded baggage tag is attached to the pair. White midsoles and Midnight Navy outsoles complete the look of the shoe.
