Renowned Japanese graphic artist Verdy reunites with Nike SB to honour the iconic limited-edition plush toy from his RISE ABOVE exhibit. The designer has previously teamed up with the Swoosh’s skateboard catalogue through his Girls Don’t Cry and Wasted Youth labels, both of which are now highly coveted among collectors and fans. The Verdy x Nike SB Dunk Low “Visty” presents a striking colour palette inspired by the namesake furry plush toy.
This skate shoe features a mint green hairy and fluffy upper with blue gaze ribbed suede overlays. Bicycle yellow accents highlight the midsole and laces, while arctic pink hues envelop the Swooshes and collar. The co-branded tongue boasts the monster’s mouth on one shoe, while further co-branded details decorate the sockliners and heel panel. Zoom Air cushioning appears embedded on the plush sockliners for impact protection. The light green rubber outsole sits below, rounding out the silhouette’s vibrant array of colours.
Rumoured to be dropping September 2024, you can expect these to hit the Nike SNKRS app and select skate retailers. Find out how to get your hands on the Verdy Visty x Nike SB Dunk Low “Multi” by keeping it locked to The Sole Supplier!
