After the Nike Air Huarache’s 30th anniversary in 2021, it’s time for its 1992 basketball counterpart to return with an OG colourway. The Nike Air Flight Huarache is a basketball shoe popularised by the “Fab Five” of the Michigan Wolverines. Tinker Hatfield and Eric Avar developed the sneaker, flaunting the cored-out ankle collar with a neoprene interior and rubber heel counter. Plush Nike Air technology inside the soft foam midsole provided cushioning and comfort for players. The Huarache hugged your foot and provided solid lockdown when playing. Nike recently re-released the OG “White Purple Blue” rendition, bringing back '90s nostalgia for the modern-day hooper.
