Nike Waffle One Crater

The Nike Waffle One joins the brand’s “Move to Zero” movement with the new Nike Waffle One Crater. Not only does it come in an elegant colourway, it also features eco-friendly materials.

The base of the upper is an ultra-mesh in cream hue with a textile material beneath, most notably orange on the toe box. The toe cap, mudguard, heel counter and eye stay panels are in matching cream suede. The laces and the lateral Swooshes are in white with the latter made from a recycled material. The stacked TPU heel clips are in a speckled white, hinting at recycled material just like the speckled white foam midsole. The iconic Waffle tread, originally made by Nike co-founder Bill Bowerman in 1972, is in speckled grey Grind rubber. The Pinwheel appears on the Volt insole, signalling sustainability.
