Here we take a closer look at the Nike Zoom 2K Platinum Orange.

Dubbed as the basketball version of the M2K Tekno, the Zoom 2K arrives with a mid top design and chunky profile to boot. Coming in an official Platinum Tint/Hyper Crimson/Black colourway, these are spring ready and versatile enough to wear with nearly any outfit.

They’re fashioned from a mixture of premium off white leather panels, with white mesh inserts, which give the trainers a multi textured effect. This means you’re going to get good ventilation, while feeling super comfy in these durable trainers are day long.

The recognisable Zoom design element rises up from the outsole like an arrow in the middle of the foot, up the sidewall and finished just beneath the eyelets. The curved lined grooved into this detail enhance the smooth, aerodynamic feel of the trainer and make them look really sleek. Hits of colour are showing in the neon orange mini Swoosh on the sidewall, on the Zoom letters on each eyelet, the plastic Zoom badge to the rear of the sidewall, and the lining on the inside of the trainer.

Underfoot, a chunky wedge-shaped midsole ups the comfort factor, while putting them bang on trend for the dad shoe moment we’re having. We’ll be styling these with loose fitting boyfriend jeans and fitted crop top for super 90s/00s vibes.
