Palace Skateboards and Salomon are back at it again for the fourth time following past collaborative ventures featuring the Speedcross 4, XA-Comp, and XT-6. While the previous entries boasted over-the-top, eye-popping colourways, this latest two-pack collab starring the XT-Wings 2 exhibits a minimalist tonal theme. The Palace x Salomon XT-Wings 2 “Black” equips the shoe with a blacked-out upper, highlighted by glossy TPU overlays and a colourful co-branded tongue strip.

The prominent UK skate brand continues its solid year packed with brand partnerships, including a Summer 2023 collection with fast-food chain McDonalds. With all these collaborations, Palace Skateboards adds French outdoor brand Salomon to its yearly portfolio, reuniting for the fourth time. This collaborative Salomon XT-Wings 2 colourway features an all-black mesh base with shiny overlays that stand out from heel to toe. Traditional Salomon branding adorns the tongue and lateral rear, while Palace logos decorate the heel panel and colourful tongue strip. The EVA foam midsole and ACS frame keep the stealthy makeover consistent, while the Contagrip outsole boasts marbled details to complete the design of this trendy off-road running shoe.
