You know the sneaker reselling industry is hitting crazy heights when over $2.2 million USD's worth of counterfeit goods have been seized in LA. With everything from Nike and Jordan's in the lucrative haul, many hyped silhouettes were captured by the U.S Customs and Border Protection Agency.
Arriving from China, the 2 containers worth of trainers consisted of the coveted Off-White x Nike Air Jordan 1 as well as classic silhouettes such as the Air Max 97 and Air Jordan 11.
When the images were released, all of Virgil Abloh's designs could be seen on full display, with the cargo being taken in due to the violation of protected designs and trademark laws.
