A Closer Look at the LEGO x adidas ZX 8000

After getting a brief glimpse earlier this month, we're now taking a closer look at the LEGO x adidas ZX 8000. Inspired by the Danish toy maker's iconic interlocking plastic bricks, this has got to be one of the most creative releases from the A-ZX line-up!

Working on an off-white mesh base, this is overlaid by a series of buttery smooth suede panels. Yellow Three Stripe branding graces the lateral and medial sides of the ZX 8000, while brick detailing arrives along the top eyelets, the dubrae lace lock, as well as the heel cup.

Co-branding arrives along the tongue and insoles, and rounding it all off is an adidas ZX-infused midsole that offers the perfect combination of comfort, cushioning, and support. This is all topped off with a bold red rubber outsole, finalising the design.

Though the retail pair won't come in the special edition box that Sean Wotherspoon's came in, the LEGO x adidas ZX 8000 is still a definite must cop!
