A 'University Blue' Swoosh Brightens This Air Jordan 1 Low

In case you didn't know, the "University Blue" colourway is an ode to the University of North Carolina's colours, hence why you'll probably hear a lot of blue and black iterations referred to as being "UNC" inspired. It just so happens to be Michael Jordan's alma mater, as well. The more you know!

Having always been a popular palette of choice, it's no wonder that the Swoosh Brand are back with another UNC Jordan, this time a women's-exclusive Jordan 1 Low. Dressed in a monochrome colour scheme, aside from the "University Blue" Swoosh and Wings logo embroidered onto the heel, this is one super clean J1 that we all want to get our hands on upon release.

Constructed from a black rubber outsole that melts into a crisp-white midsole, everything is tied together nicely thanks to the black overlays contrasting against the white base. Perforations across the toe box of this AJ1 Low add that all-important breathability, whilst MJ's iconic Jumpman insignia sits pride of place at the top of the cushioned tongue. His jersey number for the Chicago Bulls, 23, is interweaved into the dark, black lace unit.
