A rotation staple, the Nike Air Max 97 "Silver Bullet" can be found in the shoedrobes of many a sneakerhead. Designed by Christian Tresser in 1997, the famous silhouette will be returning in 2022 specially for its 25th anniversary. Last seen in 2017, it's been a while since you've been able to get your hands on a pair, so keep locked in to find out when and where you'll be able to cop when the time comes.
In its usual fashion, the Nike AM97 "Silver Bullet" will be coming with the original "Metallic Silver" wavy lines that dress the upper horizontally, whilst an understated Nike Swoosh comes in "Varsity Red" below. Underfoot, the full-length Air unit sits atop a black and white rubber outsole, popping against the clean, white midsole. Constructed from a mixture of mesh, leather and 3M detailing, this Air Max 97 is one that you are desperately going to need in your wardrobe, thanks to its easy-to-style design and premium use of materials.
At the top of the tongue, additional Swoosh branding can be found in "Bred" colouring, matching to the pull tab on the heel of the sneaker. With a cushioned tongue and ankle, this AM 97 is as comfortable as it is stylish, and we can't wait to get our paws on a fresh pair.
