A Women's-Exclusive Air Jordan 1 Mid "Bred Toe" is Arriving For 2022

We've been treated to both plenty of mid-cut Jordans and "Chicago"-inspired colourways in our time, but once again Nike are combining the two winning formulas to create the Air Jordan 1 Mid "Bred Toe": a white, red and black iteration that remixes the classic colourway specially for women.

This combination of colours is always going to be a must-cop in our eyes, but let's take a closer look at the Bred pair below.

Starting off underneath the shoe, you'll notice that red rubber takes over the outsole, matching up to the toe box, Swooshes on the medial and lateral sidewalls, lace unit, heel and ankle panelling above. Michael Jordan's Jumpman logo can be found at the top of the white tongue standing out loud and proud in black, whilst the Wings insignia follows suit embossed in black on the red panelling. The mid-panel adds clarity to the otherwise dark sneaker, whilst the toe box and eyelets provide contrast in black. As usual for the AJ1 Mid, perforations sit across the toe box to allow for enhanced breathability, and cushioning around the ankle provides that all-important comfort.
