One of the strangest (but satisfying) trends of the year, social media has been bombarded with videos of cakes disguised as everyday objects – and the internet is loving it. So, it's only natural that adidas recently adopted the trend to celebrate the launch of the new adidas ZX 2K Boost.
To pay homage to the new bright, statement sneak, adidas has created a cake iteration that's practically identical in every way. Baked in the same fiery red hue with a neon yellow gradient at the heel, this tasty sneaker, or cake, or sneaker (we can barely tell the difference at this point) is nicely rounded off with adidas's three-stripe logo to the side and trefoil logo on the tongue. The real-life sneaker is fitted with the brand's world-famous Boost cushioning that's unrivalled on comfort and, of course, it's fitted with utility-style laces that encourage you to create your perfect fit.
If you want to get your hands on this iconic sneaker cake, you can enter the raffle over at adidas via their Creator Club, and if you want to buy the real-life version of the adidas ZX 2K Boost, just hit the links on this page and they'll be all yours!
In other news, the crowd-favourite adidas Yeezy 500 'Utility Black' is restocking in November!
