An On-Foot Look at the Pharrell Williams x adidas NMD Hu "Black" & "Chocolate"

It's been almost a year since the last Pharrell Williams x adidas NMD Hu, but it looks like Skateboard P is rewarding our patience with not one, but two brand new colourways that pay homage to East Asia. Images courtesy of reputable sneaker insider @yankeekicks, the "Black" and the "Chocolate" have arrived to quench all your Human Race needs.

Painted in black and brown colour palettes respectively, the "Black" is embroidered with Chinese characters along the vamp, while the "Chocolate" opts for Korean hangul instead. Sock-like Primeknit uppers keeps things cozy with every step, while the NMD Hu's signature wrap-around lacing system loops around the lateral and medial side panels.

Down below, you'll be blessed with a full length adidas Boost midsole that's still as comfy as ever, and if you haven't noticed already, Pharrell has completely removed the Trail rubber outsole that debuted on the "Hiking" Collection from 2017. While this may seem quite surprising, many sneakerheads have actually complained about this feature in the past, so we're glad that he's actually listening to his fans.

While not much else is known about the Pharrell Williams x adidas NMD Hu "Black" & "Chocolate" at this moment in time, all these leaks suggest that launch will be pretty soon.
