Whether you were a fan or not, you can't quite deny the grip that MSCHF's Big Red Boot had over the internet earlier this year. The goofy creation had the streetwear scene in a headlock, achieving viral status we haven't quite seen replicated since. Capitalising on its newfound fame, MSCHF has now readied the latest member of its absurd family, undoubtedly named the Big Black Boot.
As the name might suggest, MSCHF's Big Black Boot arrives with the same matte rubber finish as its predecessor, just this time in a stealthy black tint. The pair first appeared on Instagram user @javelberlin's feed and are apparently said to be official.
With all that said, one does have to wonder if the more subdued appearance combined with the fact the novelty might have worn off will lead this black version to garner the same attention as its red counterpart. At this point, the New York-based collective has not commented on the pair and whether or not it will be available, but make sure to keep it locked in here at The Sole Supplier for all the latest. In other footwear news, is this the final CLOT x Nike pair we're ever going to see?
