Following the release of the Triple S 'Volt' earlier this month, Balenciaga have now unveiled its latest sneaker offering. Simply dubbed the Track, the model was first teased during the Spanish fashion house's Fall/Winter 2018 runway.
Available in four distinct colourways, the ultimate designer dad-core trainer builds upon the ugly sneaker trend and adds a trail outsole underneath. Featuring premium leather and mesh throughout, two sets of laces gives this shoe a one-of-a-kind aesthetic. The number '44' adorns the toe box, whilst a tongue tab and pull tab round off the design.
Releasing exclusively at Selfridges' Corner Shop space in London next month, the Track will drop alongside an apparel capsule which features hoodies, T-shirts, and socks with the word “Track” emblazoned. All apparel pieces come in white, red or black, with prices ranging from £695 for a zip-up hoodie to £85 for a pair of socks. The sneakers are priced at £550.
The Balenciaga Track release is appointment-only, with registration now open via a special Selfridges website. Appointments will be from September 3rd until September 23rd.
