The Nike Air Force 1 is one of the most iconic sneakers of all time, and the beloved silhouette is favoured by plenty of different communities around the world. Designed by Bruce Kilgore back in 1982, the kicks haven’t changed much since their initial release, and remain as culturally relevant today as they were back then. To help celebrate the 50th anniversary of the model, NikeTown London has hosted five days of member-exclusive events including an interactive dance workshop and a hands-on sneaker customising session with J1. As well as this, members had the chance to access event-exclusive products that won’t ever be for sale again.
Should you be wishing to join in on the fun, the good news is that on Saturday the 5th November, NikeTown London will be hosting the final event in the series: an epic dance battle between AIM and MOVEMENT FACTORY, kicking off at 15:30 GMT. The event is open to the public, meaning there’s no need to sign up, just head on town and join in on the fun! Should you wish to attend future member-exclusive events, be sure to become a Nike member today, as it’s totally free and comes with a plethora of benefits! Keep it locked right here at The Sole Supplier for all the latest sneaker and streetwear news too.
