It seems the Jordan Brand have all the tricks up their sleeve this year, and for this latest rendition, they’re dealing a strong hand. Adorned with intricate patterns and rich gold hues, will you be copping the Air Jordan 1 Low Spades?
Much like the Air Force 1 Low Spades we’ve recently seen surfacing, the base of these AJ1 Lows comes in a paisley pattern, but in a two-tone red and black colourway. To contrast, premium white leather covers the perforated toe box, eyelets and eyelet overlays as well as the heel.
Exuding as much luxury as the inspiration behind the shoe – the two highest face-cards in a deck – the iconic Nike Swooshes come gold. You’ll also spot embroidered ‘K’ and ‘Q’ on the lateral forefoot in the same hue, as direct nod to the King and Queen of spades.
Following suit, the tongue dons a spade motif underneath that Jumpman logo we know and love, giving this pair a real point of difference. The Wings logo on the heel tab also comes red to give the back a vibrant pop, similarly to the red outsole that sits below a cream-hued midsole.
Whilst we know these brand-new Jordan 1 Low Red Gold Black are sure to bring a touch of royalty to your sneaker rotation, we can’t help but wonder whether Nike will be gracing us to a high top version very soon… You know we’ll be the first to shout about it if they do though!
