Originally teaming up with Jordan Brand back in 2018, it seems that Nigel Sylvester is still the only professional BMX rider to get his very own signature AJ1, and now the duo just might be cooking up a sequel pair. During an industry event to celebrate the launch of his new book, Sylvester rocked a never-before-seen black variation of his Air Jordan 1, showcasing the same distressed details used across the OG. The black leather uppers are detailed with white Swoosh logos, and this all sits on top of an aged-white midsole, with a red outsole rounding off the look.

It’s rumoured that the pair was simply a gift from Jordan Brand to Nigel Sylvester to celebrate the launch of his new book, although this has yet to be confirmed, meaning there’s a chance that these could eventually make it into production.
