The evolution of Boost took another major leap earlier this year with the arrival of the adidas Nite Jogger. It wasn't just fans of adidas's performance range that took notice, this 70s throwback became a street-wear sensation. Finally, there was another way to enjoy Boost and it didn't come with the high price-tag of a Yeezy.
This week, even more styles are launching for this newcomer. No less than ten colourways are for up grabs but it's the JD Exclusive Pack that deserves special attention. Unlike the general releases, both the 'navy' and 'orange' colourway are limited and expected to sellout!
Take a closer look at these detailed shots and stay glued to the dedicated adidas hub at JD Sports for more release info!
adidas first released the original Nite Jogger back in 1976 as night runner to be worn after hours. Although the 2019 model beares little resemblance, there is a nod to that heritage in the form of 3M detailing. Shine a light on these and iridescent sections come to life across the heel and toe box.
A combination of suede, nylon ripstop and mesh features to the adidas Nite Jogger JD Exclusives. As a deconstructed take on that 70s runner, these feature a soft padded tongue and three-stripe markings to the sidewall.
In a theme which appears to be inspired by day and night, the two colourways contrast from eye-popping across that orange pair to the far more understated in navy. The look gets even more striking thanks to a set of reflective laces. As always, it's that chunky slab of Boost that promises re-energising comfort with every step.
The adidas Nite Jogger JD Exclusive Pack launches from 11pm, Wednesday 10th April. Take a look at more of the latest adidas footwear now available at JD Sports here.
Otherwise, keep it locked to @thesolerestocks for links to both of these as soon as they go live.
