Drake's NOCTA x Nike Hot Step Air Terra Gets a "Purple" Makeover

Earlier this year, Drake dropped his Nike Hot Step Air Terra in “White” and “Black” colourways, but now the ‘Certified Lover Boy’ is back with a slightly softer spin on the sneaker, which sees it arrive in lilac hues. The NOCTA x Nike Hot Step Air Terra “Purple” has been spotted on the feet of sneaker insider yankeekicks, so here’s an early look at the upcoming pair.

The NOCTA x Nike Hot Step Air Terra first saw the light of day when it was previewed in “White” during Drake’s ‘Laugh Now, Cry Later,” video. The new Nike silhouette took on a chunky, runner-style aesthetic, and came constructed from tumbled leather laid out in curved panels. The “Purple” NOCTA x Nike Hot Step Air Terra is no different, only this time the upper has been dyed with tonal lilac shades.

A light purple hue takes over the leather build, whilst even lighter lilac shades colour the lace unit and mesh tongue. This lilac tone can also be spotted on the mini Swooshes at the heel and forefoot, as well as a rubberised panel at the heel. A darker shade dresses the rubber sole unit, which encompasses a visible Air unit towards the back of the foot. Finally, the “Purple” NOCTA Hit Step Air Terra comes finished with NOCTA branding at the tongue, G-TEK branding at the heels, and 3M reflective detailing for added edge.
