Undoubtedly the hottest silhouette of the entire year, the hype surrounding the iconic Dunk Low is truly unprecedented. A shoe that used to hit clearance racks back in the day, they now sell for £1000 and more depending on the collab and colourway, and now, we're taking our first look at the upcoming Sean Cliver x Nike SB Dunk Low!
Even though you might not recognise his name, you'll definitely know his work as soon as you see it. Rising to superstardom back in 2012 with the Dunk High "Krampus", the graphic artist is also the founder of StrangeLove Skateboards, famously dropping the legendary StrangeLove Skateboards x Nike SB Dunk Low all the way back in February.
Now he's using his own name for a Swoosh collab, and the results are breathtaking to say the least. Crafted from a range of luxurious materials, Cliver's Dunk Low works on a premium white leather base and is overlaid by light blue suede panels that grace the toebox, heel, and lacing system. A glossy gold Nike Swoosh shoots across the lateral and medial sides, and rounding it all off is a velour-lined interior that's a nod to the aforementioned StrangeLove shoe.
Not much else is known about the Sean Cliver x Nike SB Dunk Low at this moment in time, but our sources tell us that they'll drop around Christmas. Let us know what you think of this partnership, and in related news, the Nike SB Dunk Low "Vietnam 25th Anniversary" celebrates a massive milestone!
