With all the 380 and 700 V3 leaks going around, it looks like Kanye West is leaving no stone unturned as we get our first look at the Yeezy QNTM "Ophanim"! Images courtesy of sneaker insiders @dropnews.hu and @yzysplyleaks, rumour has it that this will be the basketball shoe's third colourway, and here's absolutely everything that we know so far!
Keeping in-line with the clean monochromatic aesthetic that the QNTM is renowned for, the "Ophanim" bears a striking resemblance to the "Barium" but with a few tweaks here and there that are worth noting.
First of all, you'll find a full Primeknit upper that looks a lot like early Yeezy Boost 350 V2 samples, especially due to the zebra striping that runs horizontally across. While the bottom patterns are left in a dark charcoal hue, the top three stripes are painted in a bright teal tone that's sure to turn heads.
You may also notice that the usual transparent overlay has disappeared. We're not entirely sure why Ye decided to do this but we're not complaining as it still looks pretty sleek. Neoprene panels grace the ankle for added support with every step, and an adidas Boost midsole sits down below, finishing off the simple yet striking design.
Expected to drop sometime in September in full family sizes, the adidas Yeezy Quantum "Ophanim" is definitely going to be one of the most popular Yeezys, so make sure you keep it locked at The Sole Supplier if you need a W! Let us know what you think of the latest and greatest QNTM colourway, and in related news, here's when you can cop the Yeezy 700 V3 "Arzareth"!
