Fluffy Chenille Swooshes Decorate the Air Jordan 1 High OG "Varsity Red"

2022’s Jordan 1 line-up is getting stronger by the day, and the latest addition to the calendar is one of the best yet. The Air Jordan 1 High OG "Varsity Red" is the latest pair to catch our eye, and is rumoured to be releasing exclusively in women's and kid's sizes. The new colourway comes complete with some super-cute details, so let’s take a closer look.

Although official images are yet to come, early images show that the "Varsity Red" Jordan 1 High will be done-up in a grey, white and red colourway across a leather upper. A crisp white base is taken over by ruby red overlays, but the star of the show is undoubtedly the fluffy red chenille Nike Swoosh that sweeps across the side of the shoe.

The colour blocking continues with a hint of light grey corduroy at the tongue, complementing the matching grey underneath the collar. True to AJ1 style, the Jordan Wings insignia sits on the ankle, dressed in a bright white in order to pop against the red paneling.

Underfoot, a white midsole melts into a scarlet outsole, tying the "Varsity Red" AJ1 High colourway together.
