Get Creative This Season With This Exclusive Tie Dye Tutorial From The Sole Womens

We are all finding our own little ways to deal with the English Summer in isolation… With beautiful weather more often than not, we decided to get crafty out in the sun with some Air Max 2090's, Nike socks and some packs of sustainable, Dylon dye!

Inspired by the Air Max 2090, these socks were tied and dipped into the different hues of pink and yellow, to give a summery feel while also working with the prettiest black and pink AM2090 colourway of the moment. You can check out our video below!

The steps are simple… 

1. Wet the socks in a bowl of water

2. Wrap rubber bands around socks in different patterns

3. Prepare your bowls, using sustainable Dylon dye

4. Dip socks into dye using gloves

5. Leave to set and rinse with cold water until water runs clear

6. Wash in warm water

7. Leave to dry, out of direct sunlight.
