The Air Jordan 1 KO has made somewhat of a resurgence this year, as just a few months earlier we saw the iconic “Chicago” colourway release. The KO (also known as knockout) is a boxing-focused silhouette that actually launched alongside the OG Air Jordan 1 back in 1985. It’s seen limited releases since then but now it’s back in leaps and bounds, with a brand-new “Storm Blue” colourway on the way soon.
Whether you’re an Air Jordan 1 fan or not it’s hard to deny that these are a good-looking silhouette, so if you’re in the market to upgrade your collection with something fresh then could these be your next cop? Read on to find out more right here at The Sole Supplier!
Unlike regular Jordan 1s, these are crafted from durable canvas across the uppers and showcase different panelling to the OG rendition. Nike’s Swoosh logo runs across both the lateral and medial sides in black leather, while the Wings logo appears on the collar in an altered design that read “AJKO”. Like it’s basketball counterpart, plenty of padding is located around the ankles to ensure that they’re protected during activities.
This all sits on top of a full-length Nike Air midsole that provides all the cushioning you might need while wearing these for extended periods of time. If you’re looking to cop the Air Jordan 1 KO “Storm Blue”, make sure to keep it locked in right here for all the latest, as we’ll update you with more release details as they’re unveiled! In the meantime, make sure to check out the CDG x Nike Air Sunder Max that’s just been unveiled!
