Here's An Early Look at the Sporty & Rich x adidas Samba "White/Burgundy"

Sporty & Rich founder Emily Oberg has been pretty busy lately. Not only has she launched the brand’s latest collaboration with Lacoste, but she’s also just announced the opening of S&R’s first-ever store in New York, and now she’s back for round three with frequent collaborator, adidas. Teased by renowned sneaker insider, masterchefian, we’ve just had our first look at the next Sporty & Rich x adidas Samba “White/Burgundy”, so here’s everything we know so far.

Continuing on the same theme as the brand’s previous 3-Stripes collabs, S&R keeps things simple with this latest pair. Starting off with a vintage-inspired tumbled leather base, the pair comes treated to a beige suede mudguard, while similar creamy hues also hit the laces and lining. From here, burgundy-coloured accents at the Stripes and heel nod to Oberg’s love for vintage sportswear, and Sporty & Rich’s country club-inspired aesthetic. Finally, gold-foiled S&R branding graces the lateral sides, and a gum outsole rounds off the retro look.

Right now, there’s no release info for the upcoming “White/Burgundy” Sporty & Rich x adidas Sambas, but judging by previous rollouts, we’re expecting these to drop alongside a full clothing capsule when the time comes.
