Here's When You Can Cop the Air Jordan 3 OG "Fire Red"

This is the moment we've all been waiting for. When the Air Jordan 3 OG "Fire Red" made its grand debut back in 1988, it immediately became an instant classic. While the coveted colourway did indeed get a re-release in 2007 and 2013, our sources tell us that 2022's restock will feature the exact same design as the original pair from 34 years ago - and here's when you'll be able to cop!

Crafted from premium leather throughout, this Air Jordan 3 is unique in that it features three drastically different finishes across the upper. Starting off from the "Fire Red" ankle you'll find striking perforations peppered throughout. The rest of the AJ3 is decked out in pebbled textures, while the mudguards retain a sleek and smooth look that wraps around the entirety of the shoe. Of course, you can't talk about this grail without mentioning the black elephant print detailing around the toebox and heel.

As we mentioned before, 2022's take on the "Fire Red" boasts the exact same design as the OG. That means the legendary "Nike Air" heel badge is officially making a comeback! To round it all off, a crisp white Air midsole sits down below, finalising one of the most iconic Jordan Brand colourways in history.

If you missed the retros back in 2007 and 2013 and you want a pair that looks just like the one from '88, then you need to listen up. The Nike Air Jordan 3 OG "Fire Red" 2022 will be re-releasing on August 6th and will be available on SNKRS and select retailers. Make sure you keep it locked at The Sole Supplier for your best chance to cop, and while you're here, these 5 classic Jordans are also making a comeback in 2022!
