You can't help but think twice before purchasing a Yeezy 700, what with that £250 price tag. Even despite this sneaker's exclusivity, it's not easy to part with the cash. After all, £250 is what you'd pay resell for most other "limited"; footwear!

It does seem odd to be shelling out so much for an adidas shoe at retail. But this isn't any ordinary adidas trainer, is it?! Sure, it's even more expensive than the Yeezy 350s but there's a certain look that separates the two models. The 700 is that little bit more refined in spite of the chunky silhouette and unique styling. It's more of a high-fashion shoe and far more versatile than the 350 in a lot of ways.

If, like many, you're struggling to justify the Yeezy 700 Inertia, you need only look at the demand for this shoe. It might just convince you that these are a worthwhile cop.

Looking back on last year's Yeezy 700 OG restock, it seems everyone who wanted a pair managed to get lucky at the time. In fact, these weren't as quick to sellout as you'd think.

It was the generous stock run and lack of interest from re-sellers that made these surprisingly easy to secure. Not even a year later, however, and you can't pick up the OGs without paying over £350!

Given that the Yeezy 700 Inertia was voted the second most attractive colourway after the OGs, you can expect a similar fate for this pair. In other words, these are a future collectors item!

Although £250 is always going to be steep, think of the Yeezy 700 as an investment. Even if you do get tons of wear out of them, you'd still be able to sell them used via eBay. This is a sneaker commodity and as long as Yeezy remains the most hyped footwear on the streets, it's always worth investing in the latest styles.
