Jordanmania is at an all-time high right now, so what better way to capitalise on it than by auctioning off an entire collection of original pairs? As AIR hits cinemas, events up and down the country are popping off to celebrate the basketball icon’s legacy, with one of those being an eBay event that gives sneakerheads a chance to own a pretty chunky slice of Jordan history. So, if you’ve ever dreamed of owning a pair of OG Chicagos, then listen up to find out how.
Listed by eBay user bigtacman, the collection includes all 20 pairs from 1985 - including the low-top and AJKO releases. As expected, the condition and sizing from pair to pair does vary, but these are definitely more collector’s items than wearable pairs - and many also come with tags and in their OG boxes.
The collection is set to debut at a starting price of $150k (bargain) and you can place your bid by hitting up the original eBay listing before it ends on the 15th of April. Peep some of the pairs below, and if these are a little out of your price range right now (same) then check out the brand’s full summer retro line-up instead.
