This year was absolutely massive for Hiroshi Fujiwara. After bringing back the legendary Dunk High "Beijing" and teaming up with industry giants like Chitose Abe and Travis Scott, the godfather of streetwear has now taken to Instagram to tease the upcoming fragment design x Nike Zoom VaporFly NEXT% - and we're now taking our very first look!
A sneak peek at what to expect next year, the Zoom VaporFly NEXT% is one of the Beaverton brand's most innovative running shoes to date. Combining two of their most groundbreaking technologies, ZoomX foam and VaporWeave material, the Swoosh call it the fastest shoe that they've ever made. It's also one of the only shoes available now that has a full-length carbon-fibre plate infused within the midsole for next level comfort and cushioning.

According to Fujiwara's IG post, his take on the iconic runner will be part of the the Nike By You platform. While we're not sure which aspects you'll be able to customise, we're pretty such the colourway can be switched around as well as the placement of the Swoosh. Other features including the "Engineered to the exact specifications of world-class runners. Nike Running." will probably remain intact, as well as the "FRGMT" text on the heel that cements the collab.
There's no news on when the fragment design x Nike Zoom VaporFly NEXT% will launch but if you're a hypebeast marathon runner then these are a must-cop. Let us know what you think of the Japanese visionary's next Swoosh collab, and in related news, this upcoming Nike Dunk High is embellished with East Asian influences!
