Nike Dunks inspired by The Simpsons is certainly nothing new. In fact, back in 2008 we did get a Marge-influenced Dunk High, and in 2004, Homer was the muse behind another colourway. With that said, it looks like the Beaverton brand could be looking to reissue another pair inspired by the donut-loving dad with this Nike Dunk Low Next Nature - and we're now taking our first look!

Arriving in Homer's signature colour palette, the yellow on the tongue and Swoosh are a nod to his skin tone, while the crisp white base references his iconic polo shirt. This is contrasted by bright blue panels around the Dunk Low that clearly take inspo from his denim jeans. Crisp white laces tie everything together, and the outsole is then dipped in a light grey hue, finalising the design.

Whether or not this Nike sneaker is indeed an ode to the American animated sitcom's main protagonist has yet to be seen, but one thing that we're sure of is that these are way hotter than Ned Flanders' Assassins.

According to our sources, the Nike Dunk Low Next Nature GS "Blue White" will be exclusive to little ones, but if bigger sizes do come through we'll be sure to let you know.
