After initially releasing as a shock-drop on SNKRS Day, those who missed out will be able to cop the AJ4 “Red Cement” via a wider release on the 16th of September.

Combining inspiration from the “White Cement” and “Fire Red” Jordan 4s, the AJ4 “Red Cement” keeps things super clean. Here, white uppers make up the majority of the colour blocking, though cement-dotted red accents continue to tie the pair into a Bulls-inspired theme. They then come finished with solid black accents, which amount to just the right amount of contrast.

The “Red Cement” Air Jordan 4 is expected to drop in a full-family size run, and small-footed sneaker fans will be happy to know that this includes GS sizes. If you’re looking to pick up a pair, you should know that the Air Jordan 4 usually fits true to size, although we’d advise going half a size up in GS if you’re an adult. The Air Jordan 4 “Red Cement” is shaping up to be a very popular drop indeed, so it’s no surprise that most retailers will be releasing their pairs via a raffle system. Offspring has already confirmed that it will be dropping the sneaker this way, as the links to the page are now live and it shows a countdown to the exact drop time. Buying sneakers this way can be stressful, but if you have confidence in your speedy typing abilities, you may stand a better chance this way than you would with a raffle.

If you were glued to your SNKRS app during Nike’s SNKRS day on Saturday, you might have seen the “Red Cement” AJ4s release via a shock drop. However, if you missed out, there’s no need to panic. The pairs have already been loaded onto the SNKRS app for this weekend’s release, providing you with an extra chance to cop the sneaker.

Seasoned SNKRS app users will know that drops take place at 8 a.m., but if you haven’t used the app before, it really couldn’t be simpler. All you have to do is make sure you have the app downloaded and create an account (we also recommend setting up your payment and delivery details at this point - no one needs that launch day stress) and then just head to the app at 8 am on release day to get your raffle entry in.
