Jun Takahashi’s UNDERCOVER label and Dr. Martens have partnered up plenty of times in the past now, with a collaborative history that can rival even the most established duos. The two brands are now set to join forces once again to unveil a premium three-piece collection. Hand-crafted in the original Dr. Martens factory in Wollaston, England, the collection features three different takes on the 1461 shoe. Inspired by Takahashi’s love for 70s cinema (UNDERCOVER previously released an A Clockwork Orange capsule), the pairs feature a distinctive grid pattern across the leather uppers.
Available in black, burgundy and blue, all pairs also come complete with “WE MAKE NOISE NOT CLOTHES” (a signature UNDERCOVER phrase) embossed on the lateral heel counters. Set to release on the 13th January via Dr. Martens and select retailers, will you be looking to add any of these pairs to your collection? Stay locked in right here at The Sole Supplier for all the latest sneaker news and updates, and while you’re with us check out how you can get you hands on these previously sold-out Salomon pairs!
