Last year, it was announced that Supreme was set to team up with Nike again following the success of the Supreme x Nike Air Force 1. This time around, Supreme and the Oregon-born brand are working together to update the iconic Dunk silhouette – set to be the biggest sneaker of the year – and the duo is utilising co-branding, unique prints and modern textured to ensure these Dunks will effortlessly stand out among the rest in your rotation.
Official imagery for the Supreme x Nike SB Dunk Low ‘Black’, ‘Barkroot Brown’, ‘Hyper Blue’ and ‘Mean Green’ colourways has landed and it’s safe to say that all are set to be an instant favourite. Every colourway is designed with croc-effect overlays crafted from polished leather. The sidewalls on the sneaker are finished with a gold-tone star print and, to match, a shiny gold-tone Supreme embellishment sits at the base of the lace-up fastening for a touch of decadence.
Nike’s world-famous Swoosh branding sits in its usual place on the side and tongue and a removable co-branded hang tag swings from one of the eyelets. The ‘Black’ colourway is arguably the more versatile of the four sneakers, but the ‘Barkroot Brown’ sneaker really makes the gold accents pop. If you really want to make a statement with your outfit, the ‘Hyper Blue’ and ‘Mean Green’ iterations are just what you need.
There’s still no news on when we can expect the Supreme x Nike SB Dunk collection to drop, but the release of the official imagery suggests a drop date will be announced soon!
