While we're just over four months removed from the untimely death of Virgil Abloh, the late and great creator is still continuing to make waves within the fashion industry. Following a Virgil Abloh designed Burton snowboarding collection, Louis Vuitton has now released silver locket bracelets to raise money for the charity UNICEF.
Louis Vuitton and UNICEF first gave their partnership back in 2020, echoing the previous $18M USD that the high-fashion house had previously contributed.
The bracelet itself arrives with a discreet appearance, constructed of eco-conscious organic cotton and recycled silver. Each piece is brought together by a stylish padlock charm, complete with a Louis Vuitton logo imprint in contrasting fashion. The padlock is a reference to George Vuitton's tumbler lock created in 1890. Charms are available in both black and silver, with the silver iteration offering a shinier styled appearance.
The cotton bracelet portion arrives in both black and luminous yellow, ideal for both subtle and eclectic styling. For those looking to cop this Louis Vuitton x UNICEF Silver Locket Bracelet, it is currently available on the brand's website for £440. $100 of each sale will be donated to UNICEF. In other news, Pharrell Williams x adidas launch their Humanrace Premium Basics Collection.
