After a dominant season and a treble win to match, Manchester City is now gearing up once again for the season ahead. We've already seen The Sky Blues celebrate 20 years at the Etihad with its 2023/24 home kit, but now the team has looked to the pulsating life of its home city for inspiration for its 2023/24 away number.
Said to represent the club's electrifying style of play, electric spark patterns decorate both the chest and rear in a vibrant blue hue. These details are sat atop a crisp black base hue, with further pink neon tints found via the club's sponsor, crest, PUMA logo and player number at the rear.
What appears to be an exclusive for the club's Tokyo pre-season tour, Kanji-styled lettering graces the player names and numbers at the rear, providing a distinctive nod to the club's Japanese fanbase. Unfortunately, it appears this lettering will not be available throughout the season and is instead just a pre-season offering.
For those who aren't lucky enough to see Manchester City take on Bayern Munich in their pre-season friendly on the 26th of July, you can find the kit on both the club and PUMA's website. In other football/fashion news, Manchester United's 2023/24 away kit is a real eye-catcher.
