Have you come round to the Yeezy Foam Runner yet? The controversial silhouette caused a stir with its first few variations, but now seems to have found its feet with plenty of new colourways and restocks lined up for the rest of the year. One of these is the Yeezy Foam Runner “Sulfur,” which takes on a slightly more yellow hue than the previous “Ochre” and “Sand” variations, and is set to drop in family sizing very soon.
The “Sulfur” shade seems to be a favourite over at Yeezy this season, with the tone appearing across multiple silhouettes. Arriving in a yellow similar to that seen on the “Sulfur” Yeezy 450, the “Sulfur” Foam Runner sees the monotone clog dressed in yet another one of Yeezy’s signature earth tones. That’s not the only earth reference though – the Yeezy Foam Runner comes constructed from a mix of EVA foam and algae, so not only do they look futuristic, but they’re also helping to future-proof the planet too.
The “Sulfur” Yeezy Foam Rnnr follows the shoes’ usual distinct one-piece design, with large perforations lining the sides of the shoes as well as the toe box for added breathability. Underfoot, a chunky sole comes equipped with grippy outsoles, so although they may not be practical for every weather condition, they’re still sturdy enough to be worn outdoors.
The “Sulfur” adidas Yeezy Foam Runner is set to release Stateside on April 16, but a UK release date is still yet to be confirmed. In the meantime, hit the links to set a release reminder, and remember to download our app to stay up to date with all the latest sneaker news and releases.
