After getting experimental with its "Mixed Fabric" collection back in May, Stone Island is back and already gearing up for the winter months ahead. Continuing with its distinctive aesthetic, the Italian sportswear icon has produced a fresh selection of outerwear and more, with each piece said to be inspired by industrial settings.
By all appearances, the collection looks to be based on heavier outerwear styles. Puffers, anoraks, windbreakers, shearling, and knitted looks are all featured in the mix, each bearing a wide variety of hues and tints. White, black and cream neutrals work in unison with a variety of blue shades, military-like olives and browns and warm pinks, oranges and reds.
Naturally, Stone Island's now-iconic Compass badge logo sits on the arm of the majority of pieces, but certain others bear it in a central chest location. The first pieces are now available on Stone Island's website, with more drops expected to happen over the coming months. In other fashion news, Nike's latest Aerogami technology is designed with peak performance in mind.
