Switch It Up With These Contrasting 270s

Hitting the scene in 2018, the Nike Air Max 270 has gone on to be one of the Swoosh brand's most popular lifestyle casual shoe. Sporting a record breaking 32mm high Air Max cushioning unit, this was the first Air Max silhouette specifically designed for lifestyle, casual wearers, and not specifically for the track or performance. (This record has of course been surpassed by the Nike Air Max 720, with an air bubble that stands at 38mm!)

This time around, Nike has brought us a new colour palette that we can't wait to style. Dark navy mesh with hits of volt decorate this iteration of the 270, making it both an everyday shoe that taps into the current neon moment we're having. The sneaker is made from a perforated mesh upper which shows multiple tones of deep blue for a detailed effect, while the oversized transparent Air unit brings its own futuristic aesthetic. The predecessor to today's Nike Air Max 720, the 270 is a more casual option and everyday shoe.
