Fans of Michael Jordan and his signature basketball trainers are no strangers to OG colourway interpretations. Nike and Jordan Brand have served the AJ1 in numerous colourways throughout the years, with some being variations of classic Jordan 1s from 1985. One of those is the Air Jordan 1 Mid "Orange/Black", and we have a closer look at the pair right here, so read on for more!
This Jordan 1 introduces a mid-top profile, a version that has gotten insane traction over the recent years, thus joining the ranks of the low-top and high-top variants. The panels feature smooth leather material, giving the court-and-street-ready shoes a premium look.
The colour palette of this pair is the highlight of this ensemble. A stealthy black shade and bold orange tones mark the panels from heel to toe, giving a similar look to the famous Air Jordan 1 "Shattered Backboard" colourway. However, the almost-original colour scheme is slightly interrupted by the pink gradient marking the tongues. Although we do not doubt that sneakerheads won't be bothered by that.
