The Basement x Nike Air Max 90 'City Series' Is The Best Pack Of 2019

After their launch of an SB Dunk back in 2017, people have been wondering when The Basement would launch another collab with the Swoosh brand, well now is the time. The Basement x Nike Air Max 90 'City Series' is here and it celebrates 3 of the most important cities in The Basement's timeline.

First in the pack is the 'Glasgow', celebrating the Scottish city with a 'Deep Grey' and water resistant upper, this is very much needed in this rainy city. Boasting a 'Safety Orange' leather tongue and retroreflective Swoosh and heel tab. These vibrant hits pay homage to placing a traffic cone of the head of the Duke of Wellington Statue in Glasgow's city centre.

Next up is the 'Manchester' colourway. This time we have a completely blacked out sneaker with vibrant hits of neon yellow dotted around the upper. These bright pops of colour can be seen on the jewel Swoosh and tongue. Rounded off with a technical-inspired webbing and a black 3M panel to the heel.

Finally, The Basement opted for the city of London. Coming with 5 different tones of grey across the upper, this is offset by the natural tone used on the sole unit. Also featuring removable Swooshes coming in a wealth of colours and materials, this sneaker is the highlight of the pack.
