The Casablanca x New Balance XC-72 "Marshmallow White" is Giving Us Serious Sports-Luxe Vibes

When it comes to collaborations, New Balance have been hitting the nail on the head recently. Not only have we seen some great takes from the likes of JJJJound and Salehe Bembury, but now the brand are teaming up once again with Paris-based luxe sportswear brand, Casablanca for the Casablanca x New Balance XC-72 “Marshmallow White.” It's set to drop very soon, so let's take a closer look at the sneaker.

With both brands having previously collaborated on the XC-72 silhouette before, the new “Marshmallow White” iteration sees an even more paired back, minimal take on the shoe, with tonal whites and creams taking on the majority of the sneaker.

Made up of a perforated leather, leather and soft suede construction, the “Marshmallow White” XC-72 isn’t short of premium details, from the gold-coloured lace anglets to the emerald green and gold branding hits. Underfoot, a white EVA midsole is wrapped with a double-tread beige rubber outsole to finish the look.
